"I’ve been with Drayton Riley’s office using State Farm for a long time. I’ve left them twice and regretted it. I’ve always come back. His staff is awesome and are always kind, prompt and helpful. "My son and his girlfriend were in a major automobile accident heading back to school after Thanksgiving. They were about 4-5 hours from home. I contacted Drayton immediately and both he and his office personnel sprang into action and provided specific instruction in orchestrating the ins/outs of the claims process. Even though both kids were okay and they walked away without a scratch, Drayton was the "calm in the storm" during a very stressful time. I still find it hard to believe that within 48 hours of the accident, the vehicle had been deemed a total loss and the claim had been settled...very much to my satisfaction. Drayton and State Farm made a very difficult situation a whole lot easier to contend with and I am very grateful for that."

"I bought a new Jeep with a higher loan payment so I was trying to find a way to save money somewhere. State Farm was able to get me the same coverage for my 2020 Grand Cherokee for less than what I was paying for my 2016 Cherokee with Farmer's. They also respond within the hour every time I contact them, which was not the case with my previous agent!"

"I switched to State Farm from American Family simply because the agent at American family was terrible. Never answered the phone, never returned emails, even wrote my vehicle policy twice and tried to charge me for it for 3 months straight. So needless to say, by the time I switched to State Farm, I was pretty much at the end of my rope. They made switching extremely simple and their agents and secretaries are the nicest people. (Specifically the Drayton Riley agent office!) You can download a driving app to save a little more money on your policy and they will even call you to remind you to update your app so you can continue saving. If you need to get ahold of your agent, there's never been a time where they have not answered the phone. That's what I love most about them"
